Network Brainiacs is actively looking for a System Administrator, whose primary responsibility is to maintain client networks and occasonally travel to client sites and repair technical problems that cannot be fixed remotely. The following skills will excel in this position: TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • We work with Kaseya (BMS) ticketing system so experience with this is a plus.
  • Must have a natural ability to troubleshoot and think outside the box.
  • Resolve assigned customer technical issues either remotely or onsite if needed.
  • Responsible for Microsoft Servers and VMWare environment.
  • Windows Server: Remotely Diagnose, Troubleshoot and Repair
  • Ability to Build a Windows Server (both physical and virtual)
  • Ability to Support All current desktop versions of Microsoft Windows
  • Manage and Deploy Firewalls, Managed Switches, and other Networking Equipment
  • Manage Multiple Office365 Deployments and Migrations including New Deployments
  • Manage and maintain Microsoft Exchange (On-Premise and Cloud Hosted)
  • Provide intelligent and well-thought-out technical suggestions to improve networks
  • Desktop, Laptop, and Mobile Device Administration
  • Ability to identify potential points of failure and address before items actually fail
  • Line of Business Application Support (Client's applications w/Support from vendors)
  • Backup Management and Disaster Recovery System Deployments
  • Clear and Concise Documentation of all Work Performed
  • Ability to Build a Windows Server (both physical and virtual)
  • Ability to Support All current desktop versions of Microsoft Windows
  • Ability to Support All current Server versions of Microsoft Windows including 2016, 2012, 2008
  • Experience in Management of VMWare vSphere Environments including Deployment, Management, and Troubleshooting
  • Ability to Support Office365 plus Microsoft Exchange Server 2010/2012/2016
  • Experience with Domain Controllers, Active Directory, Microsoft DNS
  • Ability to Support Routers, Firewalls, Switches (preferably Cisco and Fortinet)
  • Ability to Support VPN Configurations both for Desktop Clients and Device-to-Device Tunneling
  • Previous or current work for another MSP or IT Service Provider a big plus!!
  • Previous or current work experience with Kaseya VSA and Kaseya BMS a big plus!!
  • Working knowledge and experience with Cisco ASAs or Fortinet firewalls devices are a plus!
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Dependability and reliability are paramount to this position
  • Local to Susses County (within 25 miles of Sparta, NJ)
  • Clean Driving Record (company vehicle may be provided)
  • Must be OK with running cabling, installing PCs, and lifting heavy servers into racks/cabinets
  • Must be OK with traveling to and from client sites as required within the Tri-State region
  • Flexible working hours that will include evening/weekend as required
  • Successful completion of Background, Drug Test(s), and Credit Check
  • Exceptional and Concise English-Speaking Communication Skills, both Written & Verbal

Position is a full time, salary based position with after hours / on-call work as required. CLEAR ENGLISH-SPEAKING COMMUNICATION SKILLS BOTH WRITTEN AND VERBAL ARE A MUST. CLEAN DRIVING RECORD IS ALSO REQUIRED.
